DO YOU HAVE A BUSY HOUSEHOLD?

Jack is a very sweet, handsome 11 year old Golden Retriever who was abandoned by his original owner and has been rehomed for the last 14 months in a single person home. Unfortunately the current owner now works full time and Jack needs to have more activity and presence in his life.

He would be an ideal dog in a home where there is at least one person at home and there are children to keep him occupied. He interacts well with other dogs and cats and has a very sweet nature.

Being 11, he does have a some arthritis in his right hind knee and at times is stiff when getting up. As well, he has periods of anxiety when left alone for a whole day and will become restless and even pace.

Bonus: Jack’s current home has generously offered to babysit for Jack when needed for short vacation periods.
