Say hello to Marvellous Maggie, a sweet and soulful 13.5-year-old Shih Tzu who proves that age is just a number. At 17 lbs, she may be a little rounder than average, but that just adds to her charm—and she still has the pep to do a short, waddly sprint around the yard when the mood strikes!
Maggie has been pre-loved and well cared for by her previous owner, who could no longer keep her. She is easygoing, affectionate, and full of joy. She loves her walks, takes her time sniffing every blade of grass, and is always up for a car ride adventure. She gets along wonderfully with other calm dogs and is a people-lover through and through.
You’ll know when Maggie wants attention—she has an endearing little yip to let you know it’s time for snuggles or belly rubs (her favorite!). Maggie is a fan of routine and will thrive in a peaceful, home environment to spend her golden years.
Housetrained (and pee pad use)
