OH, WHAT A GOOD BOY I AM!
Cachou is a pretty perfect, uber cute mini senior poodle mix. This 5 lb. pipsqueak has a wonderful nature—sweet, friendly and affectionate. He is a smart guy and a quick learner who has adapted well to his foster home in just a week. Not a major athlete, but Cachou loves being outdoors, walks well on a leash and a few short sprints a day suit him fine.
This 11-year-old fluffball was certainly well-loved by his family, but severe health issues got in their way and suddenly he found himself homeless. He is a proverbial lap dog who craves having his humans around. He loves his crate, door open, and takes himself there for a self-imposed time-out. Not hugely treat motivated, affection is his currency. Cachou will do best in an adult only home and can possibly live with another small, senior, confident dog. He can be upset and a bit vocall if left alone, so a house with a secure fenced yard would be best. He does his business outside if the timing is right, but also uses pee pads.
He is neutered, vaccinated, microchipped and dental will be done before adoption.
