Jazzy can’t understand why no one wants her.
She has been in a boarding facility, waiting for her forever home for too long. She is very lonely and her luck needs to change. She is a lovely, charming and friendly girl once she gets to know someone but is timid with new people and in new situations. Her life until recently has been a misery.

Jazzy needs an experienced adopter who can help her gain more confidence and who will not demand too much from her, until she is ready and comfortable in her new environment. She adores routine, loves long walks, and has lots of energy. Jazzy takes her playtime very seriously, and has bonded beautifully with a few of our volunteers through games and exercise.

She must be the only pet. She would love a securely fenced yard because she does not like dog parks. Recently Jazzy has been working with a trainer and is slowly learning how to socialize. For six years she was relegated to the garage or tied up outside, isolated, because her owner had no time for her.

She has been spayed and vaccinated and is housetrained. Jazzy is 7+ years old and weighs 55-60 pounds.
