Khalo Fits Right In.
At just under three years old, Khalo is a handsome 67-pound American Bully mix who has already proven himself to be an easy companion to live with. Friendly, affectionate, and deeply devoted to his people, he enjoys being part of everyday life and likes to stay close to those he loves.
Despite his size, Khalo still seems convinced he belongs on the couch beside you. He welcomes visitors warmly, enjoys meeting new people, and is comfortable around adults and children. He has met children aged four and older and has done well. Khalo gets along nicely with other dogs and regularly interacts with a neighbour’s Poodle. Cats are another story. He becomes highly excited around them, so a cat-free home is required.
He shows no possessiveness around food, toys, or household items. He shares well, has never displayed destructive behaviour, and generally settles quietly when left alone. He is comfortable spending up to four hours by himself, resting on the couch or in his bed until his family returns.
Fully house-trained, Khalo lets his people know when he needs to go outside by standing at the door. He enjoys daily walks, time outdoors, and car rides, making him an easy companion for errands and outings alike. Khalo sleeps in his own bed but is always happy to accept an invitation onto the couch or bed. He is not a frequent barker, though he will alert when he hears activity outside, making him a naturally attentive watchdog.
His veterinary care is up to date. Khalo is neutered, vaccinated, microchipped, receives monthly parasite prevention, and has no known health concerns.
Young, affectionate, and well-mannered, Khalo combines a social nature with an easygoing temperament. For a family looking for a friendly dog who enjoys people, gets along with other dogs, and settles comfortably into household life, Khalo will be an excellent match. No cats. Kids 10+.
