BRANDY IS GOLDEN
Typical of his breed, Brandy, 6+ years old, is a super-friendly, playful boy. His mission in life is to please and he will display all sorts of antics to get your attention and to make you smile. Of late he has been deprived of the active lifestyle that he so craves and he looks forward to getting back into shape with his new family. Brandy is totally enjoying zoomies and exploring in the fenced yard at his foster home.
He loves his walks but needs work on leash-pulling. Brandy is excited when he sees other dogs and will engage in play on his terms. There are currently 2 dogs in his foster home but we feel that he may do best as the one and only, or with a very confident laid back female. He is interested in cats and can live with a dog-friendly cat. He is treat motivated and loves his food. He can afford to lose a few pounds, he currently weighs 90 lbs. Because of his size and his exhuberant greetings and jumping, we recommend children 14 plus.
Brandy requires an adult family in a quiet home with someone who works from home or who has staggered hours, as he is used to having human company and doesn’t like to be left for long hours . Brandy’s adopters must be willing to allot training time as he needs work on his manners and leash walking. Brandy must have a secured fenced yard.
Brandy is vaccinated, neutered and microchipped.
