Our beautiful little cat has been found to have Feline Calicivirus (FCV) and this has changed his requirements. He must live in a stress-free environment with no other pets and with adults only who will keep him as an indoor cat only! His new family must be also be ready to deal with an occasional outbreak should it happen. Pouce-Pouce is a wonderful little cat who has paid the price for being on the street! He is now eating once again and his health is on the mend.
Do not apply if you have other pets.
This is “Pouce-Pouce.” He is a polydactyl cat, which means he has extra thumbs on his front paws…hence the name Pouce-Pouce🙂! He is about a year and a half old, neutered, vaccinated, and microchipped.
We found him on a street corner living around some dumpsters just after moving time.
He is a beautiful, young cat, small in stature. He is timid, and hides if there are noises or too much action. He is social, and is now loving to play with all kinds of toys and to chase his ball!!
He is quiet, and doesn’t make a sound at night, and he won’t wake you up in the morning. He will wait quietly for his breakfast, but will be very vocal when he knows you’re making his breakfast! He should not be free fed as he eats too much at a time.
More and more he enjoys receiving affection, and loves to lay in your arms like a baby and always stares up into your eyes. He likes to snuggle close to your neck.
He understood the litter box immediately. He is agile and doesn’t lock things down. He enjoys gazing out the window, and does not ask to go outside! He is strictly an indoor cat.
He would do best with adults, no children as he is easily spooked.
